How do I book an appointment?
You can walk-in to our store in Moseley, Birmingham, B12 9AE. Alternatively, you can call us on +44 121 440 0499 to speak to us ahead of your visit.
How much is an eye test?
Usually we charge a £25 fee for an eye test. However, there are multiple groups defined by the NHS eligible for a FREE test. To find out whether you are eligible for a FREE test, you can click here.
I am 13 years old, can I wear contact lenses?
This very much depends on the individual. It is possible to fit contact lenses to very young children - even infants - so there is no reason on age grounds alone that a 13 year old cannot wear lenses. What is more important are issues such as whether your prescription is changing rapidly and whether you are prepared and able to maintain the required cleaning schedule and aftercare check-ups advised by your optician. Call us to discuss your vision requirements and to find out if lenses would be suitable for you.
